Danya Alhafidh proudly joins Candelaria LLP as an Associate Attorney. She has long held a passion for working with families and children and brings over 10 years of family law experience working as a paralegal in the field, including 2 years working as a law clerk with Candelaria LLP.

Danya is an advocate who is dedicated to helping clients navigate California’s legal system and enforcing their rights guaranteed by the law. Family Law is a uniquely emotional and personal area of law, and Danya strives to alleviate her client’s stresses and concerns that come with complex litigation by working hard to achieve his or her goals and by ensuring the client understands what is happening at every stage of the case. Danya believes communication and collaboration are key ingredients to success, and she has honed these skills to efficiently and skillfully represent her clients.

Danya graduated from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Middle Eastern and North African Studies. Danya obtained her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from John F. Kennedy School of Law at NCU in 2022 where she graduated as one of the top students in her class.

Danya is a Bay Area native and currently resides in Contra Costa County. She is bilingual in Arabic and English. In her free time, Danya enjoys working out, hiking, yoga and spending time with her family.
