A poised and effective advocate for her clients, Molly has significant trial experience litigating issues involving child and spousal support, complex division of assets, business evaluations and reimbursement issues. Molly has achieved exceptional success in her child custody work and has successfully argued several move-away cases and overturned a child custody evaluation at trial. Molly has also successfully litigated contested parentage actions and several three-parent cases. Her practice consists of all aspects of family law. Molly is certified by the California State Bar as a Family Law Specialist.

Molly brings a practical and compassionate approach to her work. As a natural problem solver, she excels at reaching creative solutions to complex legal issues. Molly is an excellent listener and communicator and is frequently able to settle her cases with thoughtful preparation and skilled negotiation. Molly represents clients in mediation, both in full scope representation or on a consulting basis.

Molly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Sociology and Music from the University of California, Davis. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Molly is an active member of the Earl Warren Inn of Court. She is also a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, Family Law Sections of the Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and California Bar Associations. Molly’s pro bono work includes volunteering with the Alameda County Bar Association Family Law Day of Court Clinic assisting self-represented litigants in court, as well as the Community Legal Assistance Saturday Program (CLASP) every month.

Molly has been selected for the Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 which is comprised of attorneys who are age 40 or younger, in practice for ten years or less, and have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Less than 2.5% of attorneys in Northern California are named to Rising Stars each year.
